VENEER SPLICING MACHINE CASATI MOD. Z1000 (MADE IN ITALY)

The Casati Z1000 joins veneer sheets by means of thermo adhesive glue thread zigzag placed along the joining line. The thread is heated by electric resistance then zigzag to join 2 pieces of veneer prior to pressing.

Machine complete with:

• keypad of the electronic control device for the heating temperature setting
• electronic digital read-out for an accurate monitoring of the heating temperature
• handwheel of the motor speed control for the stepless adjustment of feed speed
• knob of the motor speed electronic control for the stepless adjustment of 
  oscillation angular speed of the heating arm independent of the linear feeding speed (zig-zag pitch)
• glue thread heater by electric resistance
• electronic adjustment of the heating temperature of the thread with accuracy ± 1°C
• electronic unit with stored control program
• separating fence with pressure wing
• holder of the glue-thread spool with protective box
• feeding discs with compensation device for different thicknesses of the veneer sheets
• the feeding device is maintenance free thanks to self-lubricating components

• accurate adjustment of the start points and stop point by means of one                              
  brush-switch.  The motor-start is automatic, when the operator inserts the
  veneer sheets to be joined

• rollers (upper and lower roller) push the joined sheets out when new veneer sheets are inserted, or the operator pushes the button on the control panel.
