OSAMA TWO ROLLER GLUE SPREADER S2R-1300

This machine has been designed following the long experience OSAMA has achieved in the glue spreading field, reaching excellent technical characteristics, that, added to the high functional capacity and safety against accidents, has placed it at the top among this type of machines. It can be used in through feed lines.

SPREADING ROLLERS: The glue spreaders are with 2 rollers (top + bottom. they are covered with special antiacid rubber, ground, grooved, wearing resistant. They are made with rubber, whose thickness makes it possible to carry out up to 6-7 grindings. They are easy and quick to disassemble.

SPREADING: it is precise and uniform on both sides of panel or on one of them only.

SPECIAL SHOCK-ABSORBERS: they are placed on the roller supports making the rollers automatically open in depth, so to spread panels of different thickness within 5 mm. They also compensate for possible difference in panel parallelism.

DOSING: it is uniform by means of a rectified distribution tank in galvanized iron sheet with quick extraction to allow cleaning. TANK of glue and roller washing water in galvanized iron sheet, extractable to help cleaning.

SAFETY DEVICES: on the rollers, glue distributor tank double emergency bars “front and back” assure maximum safety to the operator.

ELECTRIC PLANT: it is in water-tight case with remote control and thermal switch to protect the motor.

CONTROL BOARD: with start/stop push button and warning light. 24 Volt Voltage. CHAIN: it is used to turn the rollers with self-adjustable pinion.
